This project, perhaps more than any other style I make use of, is likely to be the one that interests the least people. I am quite comfortable with this thought and would be somewhat surprised if I discovered otherwise. This is now my longest running project and the premise is simple – to capture the texture of objects, natural and fabricated, by observing how the light plays on the form. The object being photographed is rarely relevant and will be more obvious in some photographs than in others.
